This role reports to the Global Lead, Workplace Services and is responsible for the workplace amenity and service strategy for Fidelity associates. This leader will focus on evaluating amenity trends, understanding associate preferences, and designing strategies that create excitement. The Director, Workplace Services will connect strategy and operational program management – ultimately developing a strategic roadmap, defining success metrics, and influencing others. The Director will also bring passion and enthusiasm to program development and have a keen interest in amenity services such as dining and fitness. Onsite and in-person interaction with associates is vital, and travel to US and International sites may be required.

BS/BA required, MBA is a plus
10+ years of strategy, marketing, data analytics or program management experience
Experience in business analysis, consumer insights, design thinking, and communications
Ability to lead large initiatives that get results, from initiation through implementation
Experience applying creative frameworks to quickly innovate, improve and sustain impactful programs
Ability to initiate and develop working relationships with senior leaders, business partners and team members in a geographically dispersed and matrix environment
Self-starter, with a proven track record to think both strategically and tactically
Experience mentoring and developing team members to perform at their best
A consumer-first demeanor with curiosity and passion to deliver against unmet needs
Ability to influence decision-making through written and verbal communications grounded in data and insights
Confidence and ability to apply financial savvy and operational considerations to develop strategies and execution plans

Ability to be onsite at Fidelity locations up to 50% of the time
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
