Job Description:

As the Team Lead/Product Owner, you will own the delivery and vendor management of the Productivity and Mobile tools within the Associate IT portfolio (currently Exchange, Mobile). You will also be directing a team that uses the Agile methodology in scoping and planning for work.

The Productivity team Associate IT is responsible with delivering the critical email services and growing BYOD and Corporate mobile devices used by our associates.

The Expertise You Have

• 10 years of Microsoft Experience with at least 5-10 providing direct engineering and operations with Microsoft Technologies.

• 3 Years working with Microsoft Office 365 technologies such Exchange Online, Teams and Intune

• Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification a plus

• MCSE is a plus

• Strong strategic vision and business knowledge

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, Information Technology, or Engineering

• Understanding of Virtual Reality/Augmented Reality services and peripherals

The Skills You Bring

• Industry Knowledge of Productivity and Collaboration technologies within Office 365 (Teams, Yammer, SharePoint, Exchange) as well as Azure Active Directory.

• Application integration; familiarity with using API’s for data collection and reporting

• Use strong influencing skills to guide customers in the use of the services provided

• Ability to communicate well with team and customer, both written and verbally & attention to detail

• Experience with Identity Management

• Work effectively both independently and in a team environment
