Job Description

Primary Responsibilities

  • Development of Client Solutions
  • Collaborate with Digital Sales Manager and assigned sales consultants to develop client solutions, determine client product mix, develop proposals and presentations, and complete production agreements.
  • Partner with Sales Services team members for order entry and revision instructions, fulfilling makegood requests, and managing client requests.
  • Responsible for solving internal and external customer problems, partnering with other internal departments and outside vendors as necessary.

Drive Business Growth 

  • Strategize with Digital Sales Manager to increase revenue generation as it aligns with the client solution.
  • Monitor campaign reports to gauge the successful fulfillment and performance of client contracts. Initiate and take action as needed to engage sales and sales services in modifications, changes, and/or client notifications. 

Drive Product Education and Adoption

Work closely with the Omaha Digital Team and Atlanta Product Team to learn and become the expert in new and existing products end to end.

Partner with Digital Sales Manager and Digital Marketing Strategist on training for initial launch and continued education to local Sales, Sales Services, Marketing and Production team members to ensure the local market is fully engaged with all products.

Facilitate Digital Activation and Campaign Management Activities

Facilitate campaign activation using the appropriate fulfillment processes and systems. 
Responsible for campaign analysis and optimization throughout the entire campaign and supply end of month campaign results.
Work with internal partners to obtain information or to inform them about campaign changes/ optimization recommendations. 
Work with Sales Services to ensure insertion orders are submitted to the appropriate vendors, entered into online system per instructions, approved and corrected if necessary.

Troubleshoot IOs submitted, offering expertise on creative, as needed. 

Qualifications

Minimum 

•         8 years of experience in a related field (i.e. Product, Sales, preferably in the digital advertising or media industry); or a BS/BA degree in a related discipline (i.e. Marketing, Business, Advertising etc.) with 4 years of experience in a related field; or MS/MA degree in a related discipline with 2 years of experience in a related field; or Ph.D. in a related discipline  

•         1 year experience specific to digital advertising 

•         Experience supporting the launch of new products.  

•         Requires strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

•         Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

•         Highly organized with attention to details.

•         Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects and priorities in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment.
