Position Summary

Deloitte’s Enterprise Performance professionals are leaders in optimizing operations that span the entire enterprise of an organization, from strategy to implementation and operation. Work you’ll do 

Support the Chief Of Party (COP) to manage the program

Oversee all operational, financial, administrative, subcontracts, risk, compliance, and grants for the field-team

Prepare required quarterly, annual, and ad hoc reports for client

Maintain strong client, counterpart, and stakeholder relationships

Lead and manage field-based project management

Manage the project’s budget & financial activities. 

Responsible for contractual and financial matters, as well as for ensuring compliance with client regulations, workplan activities and Deloitte policies and procedures

The Finance & Enterprise Performance (F&EP) teams advise, implement, and deliver as-a-service solutions to help clients develop strategies and capabilities that support enterprise-wide decision-making, develop operating models to optimize organizational performance, improve finance operations, and create impact within their organizations. 

Qualifications 

Required: 

• Bachelor’s degree required 
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Travel 5% to 25% depending on the clients and business you support.  
• 5+ years of experience supporting international projects with budgeting and financial reporting requirements
• Ability to begin work no later than 6am EST on a daily basis 

Preferred:

• Master’s degree preferred
• Proven experience of managing large teams with diverse backgrounds
• Familiarity with USG rules and regulations
• Working knowledge of Deloitte policies, procedures, and systems 
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with diverse groups
• Experience managing cross-cultural teams
• Strong working knowledge of Excel
