Job Purpose and Impact

The Cyber Intelligence Manager will gather, analyze, and distribute actionable cyber intelligence information to a variety of stakeholders. In this role, you will collaborate with incident responders during threat hunting campaigns and in the scoping of critical incidents. You will build and foster relationships with critical vendors providing intelligence feeds to the company and lead and develop a team that will design, develop, implement, support, and operate an intelligence collection and analysis program and platform.

Key Accountabilities

• Develop and execute the cyberthreat intelligence platform roadmap to drive proactive identification, greater insight, and eradication actions of internal and external threats across our security organization.
• Collaborate across a fast paced, technical team to develop and execute compelling plans and coach, motivate, and engage the team to work toward achieving the goals.
• Lead significant threat intelligence analysis and briefings and provide situational awareness to other cybersecurity teams within the organization and escalate to appropriate leadership as necessary.
• Own and execute the company's regular cyber threat assessment process and handle our cyber threat vendor relationships. 
• Maintain existing and develop new, cyber intelligence contacts in the community to develop expertise of threat actors, attack trends and attack tactics, techniques, and procedures.
• Develop plans and deliver results in a fast-changing business or regulatory environment, while leading and developing a team of experienced professionals and supervisors, coaching, and making decisions related to talent management hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions. You will also collaborate with managers and supervisors in your organization to ensure staff selections align with current and future needs.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of six years of related work experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Three years of supervisory experience
• Experience in the development or use of threat intelligence platforms and feeds
• Previous leadership and managerial experience in a cyber intelligence or incident response role
• Experience with open-source intelligence
