Responsibilities 

• Manage the entire Order to Cash process for a dedicated customer & product portfolio
• Handle and coordinate customer requests in line with the company policies and procedures
• Frequent interaction with internal business partners, such as Account Management, Planning and Logistics as well as with our Operation Center.
• Daily interaction (verbal and written communication) with external customers.
• Involvement and participation in internal projects.  

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• Previous experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics or Internal Sales experience in an international environment.
• Experience with SAP/ERP system and/or Sales Force.
• Fluent in English and German are required, both verbal and written. Additional EU language is preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
