Position Summary

Senior Level Negotiator Level 4 Contractors are needed for ongoing Deloitte Document Review Services (DRS) projects. This project is currently virtual. Must have 2+ years of CSA’s, CSD’s, ISDA Master Agreement experience. Starting pay is $70+ per hour depending on experience. 

Work you'll do

• 2+ years of experience negotiating ISDA or other financial trading documents with counterparties using set templates and negotiation playbooks.
• Engage with a wide range of counterparties including banks, mutual, pension and hedge funds, corporations and insurance companies.
• Ensure the optimum balance of risk in line with the policies/standards of the bank.
• Work with clients and their lawyers, with occasional conference calls and meetings in addition to electronic communication as directed by Deloitte. 
• Work with internal stakeholders in credit legal, risk management and sales departments regarding terms in the documents.
• Able to assist junior team members with day-to-day questions
• Law degree preferred but not required.
