Overview
Supports a variety of functions including, but not limited to, Salesforce Goal Planning, Route to Market Strategy and analytical support for key projects.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and track sales performance goals and attainment in goal tracking system
- Support Route-to-Market (RTM) strategy and provide analytical support for RTM changes
- Serve as point of contact for questions regarding sales performance models
- Analyze effectiveness of sales goals and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiencies and cost savings initiatives
- Develop customer/account modeling and analysis: account segmentation, channel strategy, cost-to-serve analytics, ROI, etc.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3 or more years of relevant analytical, and/or commercial work, consulting, project management experience is required
- Work experience in a data intensive position using Microsoft Excel
- Communicate clearly and effectively in writing and verbally
- Able to obtain and meet industry licensing requirements as needed
