Educational Requirements:
- Associates &/or Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering, or MAP/STP program graduate with significant leadership experience.
Considered as a plus:
- Direct & indirect supervisory experience
- Situational expertise with administering coaching in all directions
- Depth of knowledge in maintenance and manufacturing work processes
- Experience facilitating and resolving complex human resource issues
- Familiarity with Change Management concepts
- Ownership and successful completion of complex and/or large-scale projects
