Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree and an advanced degree in economics or related studies required
- Must be legally authorized to work in Nepal and reside in-country
- Minimum 10 years experience in economic development and public financial management concepts (budget cycle, procurement, revenue, fiscal policy, macroeconomic policy)
- 5+ years of experience in international consulting as a Chief of Party
- Travel up to 25%
Preferred:
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating and cooperating with a wide range of stakeholders, including government officials, private sector businesses, associations, and civil society organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to be collaborative, flexible and creative.
- Experience in Southern and Central Asia preferred
