Position Overview:

Work on a team that is dedicated to partnering with CDW.  Will be responsible for onsite engagement with ITS sales teams, Sales Engineers and ITS sales management with focus on Enterprise Solutions.

In this function you will:

  • Develop and foster relationships across all areas of the customer organization (Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, etc.) at all levels (individual contributor up to the VP/C-Level)
  • Responsible for Regional Field team collaboration & alignment (Lead monthly pipeline calls, report on Partner performance, Business Plan development) as well as help align CDW and Tripp Lite/Eaton field resources 
  • Provide consultative and partnership selling activities and a comprehensive understanding of their power, rack, and connectivity needs.
  • Create & execute innovative marketing and sales programs and contests, as well as conduct sales trainings, team sits, and other revenue generation activities with the CDW salesforce.
  • Ownership of the execution of Channel Marketing programs
  • Implementing strategic sales plans to maximize sales growth across Eaton’s full product portfolio of hardware, software and services (conduct Quarterly Business Reviews, Quarterly Product Roadmap calls, New Product Introductions, etc.)
  • Managing key market trends, competitor initiatives, etc. that could impact sales and Eaton positioning in the marketplace
  • Providing technical and solution based product training

Qualifications

Required (Basic) Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • Five years of experience of successful sales
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.
  • Must have the ability to travel (50%)   

Preferred qualifications:

  • IT Channel experience is a plus (CDW Corporate sales experience preferred)
  • Good knowledge of Eaton or Tripp Lite product and service capabilities and can assemble standard offerings to meet customer needs with occasional internal oversight
  • Moderate understanding of Digital solutions and Datacenter technology customers within market

Position Criteria:

  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, word, and PPT
  • Business professional with the ability to execute good judgment and demonstrate personal integrity
  • Self-motivated, proactive, ability to execute and deliver results
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
