Principal Accountabilities:
- Production reconciliation, preparing, receiving paperwork
- Data entry to our computer systems
- Work closely with the production facility, plant personnel and consultants on customer concerns, issues, complaints
- Reconciliation of process sheets related to inventory management
- Support of clerical tasks related to the plant
- Communicate with trucking companies for delivering our products and bringing in ingredients
- Understanding on how to invoice and place orders
- Understanding and adhering to all safety rules and regulations
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Right to work in the U.S. that is not based solely on possession of a student visa or a visa sponsored by a third-party employer
- Must be 18 years or older
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
- Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 25lbs, kneeling, climbing, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)
- Ability to use a computer and office equipment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office software, with an emphasis on Excel and Word
- Ability to work overtime including holidays, nights, weekends, or different shifts with advance notice
Preferred Qualifications:
- 6 months or more experience in administrative roles, production or warehouse envinronment
- Knowledge in SAP or CMMS computer systems
- Inventory systems knowledge
