Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of aircraft maintenance and ensure work is scheduled and performed in a safe and efficient manner; Oversee pre- and post-flight inspections, ensuring full compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations; Independently resolve issues including parts repair and replacement, maintaining deferred equipment list and determining airworthiness of aircraft
- Supervise Maintenance function for corporate fleet; Oversee work of contract maintenance personnel provided by Gulfstream; Build relationships with outside vendors and contacts in order to effectively obtain and negotiate contracts; Determine needs for parts and equipment to maintain fleet functionality
- Review ongoing service bulletins and technical data; Update flight and safety databases in accordance with regular maintenance schedules as well as non-routine, ad-hoc inspections; Maintain aircraft airframe, engine and associated component logbooks and records
- Oversee annual aircraft maintenance schedules; Assist in the upkeep of the aircraft maintenance programs
- Serve as Flight Engineer on certain flights as determined by the Aviation Maintenance Manager; Effectively communicate with top tier passengers
- Act as back-up to Aviation Maintenance Manager as required

Qualifications
Minimum:
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- Other Aircraft Specific Training Flight Safety or Equivalent Required
- Current FAA Airframe and Power Plant Licences (A&P) Required
- 5+ years Aircraft technician experience Required
- Ability to obtain Airport Security Badge Required
- Ability to obtain Passport Required
- Microsoft Office Products (i.e., Excel, Word, Outlook) Intermediate
- Must have a current and valid driver’s license
- Must be able to provide proof of Covid-19 vaccination and booster
- Associate's Degree Preferred
- FAA Aircraft Inspector License (AI) Preferred
- Previous Gulfstream training Preferred
- NBAA CAM Preferred
