Hourly Rate: $34.00

Shift Differential

2nd Shift $1.25

3rd Shift $1.00

Maintains and repairs all aspects of utilities, production and distribution equipment

Fault finding, diagnostics and rectification of electrical control and instrumentation faults.

Strips and repairs or replaces defective components on equipment.

Inspect monitor clean and lubricate working mechanisms on equipment.

Responds to urgent needs in order to keep the production lines running efficiently and consistently.

Performs plant preventative maintenance inspections appraises condition and records information

Must be flexible to work varying hours and shifts, including overtime and weekends, to accommodate the production deadlines.

Must maintain timely and regular attendance.

Responsible to report food safety problems to personnel with authority to initiate action.

Other maintenance duties as assigned.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:

Must possess computer skills experience with CMMS, SAP, virtual servers, Rockwell’s factory talk and asset center is desirable.

Must adhere to all plant work, safety, food safety, and GMP standards at all times.

Consistently meets internal/external customer expectations through teamwork, respect, positive and effective communication, and a willingness to help and support others.

Must maintain a good working relationship with all other departments and other maintenance shifts.

Takes initiative to continually improve performance and work process through feedback, risk assessment, problem solving and ideas generation.

Demonstrates high motivation and energy in working with a sense of urgency in critical situations.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills within all levels of the organization.

Ability to successfully manage and execute multiple priorities in a fast pace environment.

Able to work in temperatures ranging from 125°F to +/- 20°, averaging 85°F.

Ability to routinely lift up to 50 lbs. frequently.
