The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to summarize and interpret information effectively
- Ability to identify and document business requirements, current and future states
- Familiar with the Agile methodology concept and experience in agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Mural or similar Agile backlog management tools
- Effective problem-solving and data analysis skills with the ability to assimilate new information, draw conclusions and communicate ideas, SQL skills desirable
- Ability to set clear expectations with others and build strong working relationships
- Ability to balance multiple priorities with strong organization and time management skills
- Knowhow to perform end to end business acceptance testing and ensure the traceability of test cases
- Participate in readiness and roll out activities for clients and Fidelity associates
- Intellectually curious with a continuos improvement approach
- Flexible, with a willingness to adapt to the changing needs of a squad
- 5 years transferrable experience with Bachelor’s or equivalent degree
