Job responsibilities include:
· Serving as a resource for the Director along with the broader Public Affairs and Community Relations team
· Arranging travel; both domestic and international
· Arranging, organizing, managing, and maintaining schedules for meetings, teleconferences, video conferences, and small group events
· Preparing meeting notices, conference call arrangements, video conference setup, day of meeting setup
· Preparing agendas, meeting minutes, action items, and related information
· Processing invoices for payment; serving as point of contact for vendors and service providers
· Providing monthly budget reports
· Maintaining timekeeping for Public Affairs team
· Managing expense reports for Director
· Maintaining office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; evaluating new office products; placing and expediting orders for supplies and services
· Maintaining team SharePoint sites and organizing information
· Collaborating closely with Coordinators and Business Specialists across Eastman to provide information, reports, or responses to Public Affairs information requests; ability to work collaboratively across a large organization and across geographies (domestically and internationally) is a must
· Minimum high school graduate: college degree in communications or related field (public relations, journalism, marketing communications) is preferred
· Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
· SAP skills are a plus
· Sharepoint skills are a plus
