Work you’ll do

• Responsible for creating, reviewing and managing infrastructure architecture diagrams
• Participate in architectural review meetings (on-prem and cloud) to analyze technical requirements
• Participate in production triage calls to provide support from architecture domain
• Work with enterprise architecture team to establish and manage governance
• Identifies the root cause of the issue to assist problem management process for proposing solutions
• Identifies and solves problems using analysis, experience, and decision making
• Evaluate tools/technologies to assist client business requirements by conducting proof of concept (POC)
• Schedule meeting with Client to review proposed architecture/design changes (ARBs)
• Demonstrates accountability and contributions to the successful realization of client goals
• Commitment to enterprise architecture team success
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to application developers in support of development best practices and technology adoption
• Communicate technology and architecture risks and issues along with proposed solutions to project leadership
• Monitor application architecture and lead appropriate implementation of solutions
• Analyze business requirements to develop technical network solutions and their framework
• Develop technology roadmaps

The Team

Human Services Transformation

Our Human Services Transformation team works to help transform how our Government and Public Services clients deliver their services to customers across a variety of channels such as walk-in, mail-in, call center, and self-service applications.

We deliver large, complex systems development and transformation projects to Human Service agencies at the federal, state, and local government level enabling us to collaborate with clients who serve those most in need. Budget constraints paired with increased demand for human services have challenged our clients to find efficiencies, do “more with less,” and rethink the way they deliver services.

Qualifications

Required

• Over 7 years in designing software systems with various Microsoft technologies including .NET and ensure compliance to all architecture requirements.
• Over 5 years in coordinating with various technical teams and analyze requirements of architectural team.
• Over 5 years in developing solutions for various application components including front-end, back end and services layers and recommend changes for optimization.
• Hands-on experience in designing architecture for various different components and validate tools.
• Experience in participating in architectural meetings (traditional and cloud) and analyze all technical requirements for Dot NET applications.
• Reviewing infrastructure (cloud and on-prem) for any issues and recommend solutions.
• Establishing architectural methodology of all deliverables.
• Developing architectural principles and standards for IT clients.
• Assisting enterprise architecture team on all governance activities.
• Evaluating all Dot Net documents and record observation.
• Coordinating with architects and analysts and maintain technical knowledge.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
• Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
• Must live or relocate to the greater Lake Mary, FL, Mechanicsburg, PA or Gilbert, AZ area
