Job Description

As a Full Stack Developer Senior/Lead at Level20 you’ll apply both your technical and entrepreneurial skills as part of a cross-functional team building consumer facing SaaS based products. At Level20, Progressive’s growth incubator, we fuel growth for the company through the exploration and development of new-to-market products. Our cross-functional team has the backing of Progressive, which gives us access to a larger resource pool than a traditional start up.

Must-have qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline or related field of study and four years of related work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs and applications
  • Instead of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher and six years related work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs and applications

Preferred skills

  • Full stack development experience building scalable Cloud-based web applications from the ground up using React, NodeJS, Material UI, and GraphQL
  • DevOps exposure/experience in a Linux-based Cloud environment: AWS preferred, GCP and Azure experience are welcome 
  • Skilled in translating and communicating user insights and business goals into technical requirements
  • Experience in collaboration with 3rd party vendors is a plus

Compensation

  • $85,680-$126,720/year depending on position level and experience
  • Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
