What you’ll achieve

• Manage production control responsibilities for a given line of business within North America’s fulfillment centers focusing on backlog management with timely order execution, day-to-day change request aspects of fulfillment projects, inclusive of fiscal responsibilities, completion of projects, and reporting to leadership teams; 
• Manage performance of core project teams to improve operationally efficiency, quality, and cost manage backlog escalations and expedites and working cross-functionally with internal & external partners to ensure regional strategies are followed.

You will:

• Be responsible for key performance metrics, use data analytics to create dashboards and visualizations, and leading indicators to manage projects and ensure business controls compliance.
• Work cross-functionally with internal/external stakeholders and drive solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
• Participate in cross-functional core teams and lead the efforts to drive influence across the fulfillment operations.

Essential Requirements

• B.S. in Supply Chain and 2+ years  experience leading supply chain management processes through operational responsibility and financial discipline. 3+ years of experience can be considered in lieu of education.
• Data analytics and business acumen skills.
• Effective communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
