As a Fulfillment Coordinator, Production Support, you will ensure accurate delivery of medication to our patients by facilitating a seamless transition of orders throughout the various stages and departments of the entire fulfillment process.

Schedule: Rotating between 9am - 5:30pm and 12:30pm - 9pm.

What you’ll do:

• Ensure timely, consistent distribution and routing of paperwork.
• Serve as the first line resource for questions/issues for team members in coordination with the supervisor.
• Responsible for supporting entire pharmacy operation in the timely location of paperwork as requested through the existing Paperwork Locator form under general supervision.
• Supports other operational departments by monitoring and reporting on production related back-ups and assists in trouble shooting issues.
• Provides timely operational reporting and ensures consistent productivity through the support of the data collection and/or dissemination of the Hourly Counts and other Production related dashboards as requested.

What you need:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2-3 years relevant experience in pharmacy operations or healthcare environment.
• Pharmacy technician license and/or national certification preferred.
• Knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within dispensing pharmacy preferred.
• General PC knowledge including Microsoft Office, Internet, and email.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task required.
• Ability to handle challenging production environment and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve issues.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as dictated by business and / or departmental needs.
