Freedom Boat Club is an international leader in owning and franchising Boat Clubs since 1989. We have over 230 franchised locations in addition to 40+ corporate owned boat clubs in operation throughout North America and Europe. We are seeking a tech savvy individual with bookkeeping experience to join our Accounting Team! This role is responsible for performing accounting support responsibilities and will utilize QuickBooks every day. Members of our Accounting team are responsible for the day-to-day accounting activities (AP/AR, Billing, Fleet Registration, etc.) and are experts at solving problems in a collaborative environment.

The requirements and skills needed for this position are as follows:

• Minimum 1 year experience in general accounting using QuickBooks

• Strong problem-solving skills, basic accounting principles knowledge, documentation skills, research and resolution skills, and multi-tasking skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills needed with ability to meet established deadlines

• Must be well organized, detail oriented, and a self-starter

• Experience with data entry, record keeping, and computer operation

• Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable experience a plus

• Must have a team player attitude

• Strong customer service orientation
