Job Summary:

Disney Parks, Experiences, and Products (DPEP)'s strategic goals include sustaining growth across our franchise portfolio and expanding a franchise management approach across all of our businesses and regions. We want to create an aligned Franchise voice to promote measurable value against established goals for DPEP that provides clarity, understanding, consistency, and material growth across the DPEP franchise portfolio. The DPEP Franchise Manager, Integrated Planning serves as a partner to content makers and Franchise teams throughout DPEP and The Walt Disney Company (TWDC). You will be an essential member of the DPEP Franchise Strategy organization, is based in Central Florida, and reports to the Senior Manager, Franchise Strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop newly integrated planning processes, and evolve pre-existing processes in partnership with DPEP Franchise team and partners across DPEP and TWDC
  • Collaborate and project manage deliverables to ensure agreement on important partners
  • Foster relationships with content partners and Franchise teams across DPEP globally, and TWDC
  • Create presentations devices to combine strategies, and calendars for shareouts across global DPEP partners.
  • Facilitate large group meetings of partners and ensure preparation and material development prior and after
  • Promote best practices and knowledge sharing across DPEP globally
  • Conduct analysis to inform consumer-first, long-term franchise planning that aligns strategies across businesses and optimizes commercial opportunities
  • Develop holistic DPEP strategies per specific franchises to identify consumer and commercial opportunities, "white space" opportunities. to extend and create franchises across DPEP

Basic Qualifications:

  • Integrated planning/operational skills.
  • Comfortable with large sets of data.
  • Excellent communication skills and confident presence.
  • Influence and persuade at all levels across an organization.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities with the skills to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working through a matrix structure to achieve the end solution.
  • Presentation experience to senior executives and large groups.

Required Education

  • Bachelor of Science or Arts required; Major in consumer marketing, business, or similar fields, MBA
  • 5+ years experience in marketing or brand management roles with global mindset, working in an outstanding organization
