Job Description
As a FP&A Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Tulsa’s support of the budget and forecasting process for the Corporate function and the US and Canadian divisions. Assist management in the preparation, review and analysis of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
- Preparation of necessary financial data in order to support the day-to-day operations and long-term decision making of Corporate and Division management. Improve methodology for financial analysis techniques and financial reports.
- Preparation of financial reporting associated with various areas of the organization, including sales performance, logistics and manufacturing activities.
- Completion of the BPC coordination activities at month-end and LE change for all regions globally.
- Reconciliations for Sweeteners and Ingredients rebates, accrual requests and payments to customers.
The FP&A Manager position is well-suited for you if you:
- Have a strong background in FP&A
- Proficient in reporting from BW and BPC
- Supervise, coach, train and mentor department staff in order to develop knowledgeable and skilled business analysts
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external customers that will help facilitate effective communication of business needs
Qualified candidates will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or other Business-related degree
- 2+ years of significant experience in financial analysis, reporting, budgeting and forecasting, accounting or auditing within a multinational environment and public companies
- Extensive experience working with SAP, SAP BW and BPC
- Significant relevant experience in a fast-paced FP&A Team
- Must be able to analyze financial results and assess financial/strategic impacts of business decisions
- Demonstrated ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and make and support decisions to resolve problems and take advantage of opportunities
- Proven proficiency in the use of MS Office Suite Software Programs (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc)
- Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills required
- Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Dedicated team player with innovative mind-set to develop and implement internal process improvements
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
- Embraces changes and is open to new ideas and approaches
