Job Description
As the FP&A Analyst, your responsibilities would include:
- Work closely with the onsite FP&A counterpart to prepare long range plans, annual goal and periodic forecasts
- Collaborate with the business stakeholders for data gathering and requirements alignment
- Perform BPC uploads for finalized Goal and Latest Estimates
- Carry out periodic business analysis as per requirement and provide business with performance insights
- Fulfill ad-hoc reporting and analysis requirements from the leadership teams across India, Malaysia, Singapore and Vietnam
- Organize stand up meetings to provide regular progress updates to the SSC leadership, onsite counterpart and the country leadership team
- Carry out periodic performance reporting (Monthly, Quarterly) in close collaboration with the onsite FP&A counterpart
- Assist the onsite FP&A counterpart by fulfilling any data requirements
- Undertake regular training to upskill basis business requirements and mentor potential new team members in the future
- Carry out cross functional responsibilities as per business requirement
- Collaborate with onsite FP&A counterpart on a daily basis to manage progress, identify and solve for risks
- Maintain defined KPIs and adhere to SLAs
- Carry out checks of accuracy, completeness and inform the onsite counterpart of any deficiencies
You are well suited for the FP&A Analyst role is you have:
- Diploma or Degree in Business/ Accounting/ACCA/ CIMA/ CPA etc.
- Familiar with Accounting Software (MYOB/ UBS etc); SAP, BW and BPC will be preferred; Power-BI and Tableau are a strong advantage.
- 2 to 3 years working experience in Shared Service background with GA/ FP&A/ Reporting experiences will be preferred.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as PowerBI and Tableau will be added advantage
- Self motivated, Detail oriented and analytical mindset with stakeholder management skills will be preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to work in a team environment, build consensus and foster positive relationships
