Your Role & Key Responsibilities

Your Role

Reporting to the Head of FP&A you will play a key supporting role in steering the short- and long-term performance management of the business and be a leader in financial data and analytics for the business.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Financial Planning: Working with the Markets you will support the financial planning process across the business, translating the business strategy into a financial target framework
• Performance Management: Support Head of FP&A in preparation of board level performance reviews
• Financial processes. Own the financial information model and financial cycles across the business ensuring the financial information meets the needs of the business and is delivered with speed and accuracy
• Technology: Working with IT you will define the business requirements for Financial information and analytics. You will lead for the development of low cost, agile, digitally enabled tools to support
• Analytics: Brings powerful analysis to issues and has a roving eye for detail and uses an intelligent mix of logic and intuition in decision making and judgement. 
• Democratize Data: At Elida Beauty Finance teams will not be “data providers”, commercial teams will take full accountability for their P&L enabled through timely, accuracy and accessible data. You will be a key enabler for this and a leader for the commercial mindset required across the business

Requirements

Must have:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA part/nearly or newly qualified
• Data Analytics skills beyond excel e.g. PowerBI & SQL report building
• Experience in commercial Finance
• Proven ability to translate complex financials into insights & actions
• Experience in design and implementation of data analytics tools
