Job Requirements

Requirements for joining the FORWARD Program:

• You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, specialized in Industrial, Mechanical, Electronic or Electrical Engineering
• You have 2 to 4 years' experience in a manufacturing or operations environment
• You are a team player, with strong problem-solving skills
• You can communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• You are fluent in English, additional languages are a bonus
• You are willing and able to relocate internationally and embrace an adventure!
