Job Requirements

Must have an excellent safety record and experience in a manufacturing environment. 

The forklift operator position pays $21.93 per hour and receives a 2% lump sum payment quarterly through the third year of the current contract.  Our employees receive and excellent benefit package including medical, dental, vision, prescription drug, short-term disability and basic life insurance paid 100% by the employer.  We also offer a fully-funded pension plan, stock option plan, 401(k), paid holidays and vacation.  

Physical Requirements

• While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, and reach with hands and arms.
• The team member frequently is required to climb or balance and talk or hear. 
• The team member is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• The team member must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and / or move up to 50 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
