Essential Functions:

Clean freezers (and refrigerators) by rinsing, soaping and sanitizing, following standard operating procedures.

Cover and protect electrical panels; disassemble, clean and sanitize, reassemble and run equipment.

Mix chemicals for hand wash and sanitation, correctly calculating the proper percentage of chemicals, water and other mixtures.

Perform general cleaning and maintenance of structural componets such as walls, fllors, HVAC units and ductwork, lights, pipes, windows and ceilings.

Must understand and follow food safety (SQF)/Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards at all times.

Ensure compliance with all safery programs and maintatin hazard free work areas.

Use sound judgment and exercise caution to ensure personal safety and the safety of others.

Must maintain timely and regular attendance per company policy.

Weekend work is required

Must be able to work overtime to meet production and sanitation deadlines.

Responsible to report food safety problems to personnel with authority to initiate action.

Other sanitation specific duties as needed.

Other duties as assigned.
