The candidate will assist in providing support in: Business management Provision Managing, Training, Concept Development and Strategy consulting services Coordination with Stakeholder and counterparts Business idea generation, Proposal and Business Plan development Integration and up gradation in the target business arena Responsibilities include: To ensure products are manufactured in accordance with the Quality standards. To ensure implementation of Quality assurance standards at all process. To organize in house and external testing of raw materials and packaging materials To Manage Microbiological testing programs necessary corrective actions to reduce eliminate micro load Responsible for Training of Q.C .lab chemist, processing operators and production staff To develop implement of HACCP Plan To ensure food safety, and ISO: 22000 systems implementation. Implementation of integrated pest management IPM Program Prepare SOPs, Schedules, Procedures and control forms. To develop of food safety and HACCP teams. To conduct internal audit for all departments Quality, production, store, Warehouse and sale.
