You will work alongside the Food & Beverage team members, volunteers and other teams on property to ensure every visitor receives outstanding customer service. It is important, as a face of the charity, to create memorable experiences for both members and visitors and to represent the values of the National Trust. A passion for both customer service and food & beverage is a key element of the job along with the knowledge and experience it takes to lead a team. As this role is a leader position you will be directly involved with the training and induction of team members. You will also hold the responsibility of leading shifts, achieving daily targets and supporting the Food & Beverage manager in running the café.

You'll need to be;
• Customer focussed with great communication skills both verbal and written

• Aware of Health & Safety compliance requirements
