Leading a team on the shift that day and making sure they are competently trained and compliant with relevant legislation, you'll be visitor focused and want to go above and beyond to make sure everyone has an amazing day out at Lyme.
You'll be proud to give great service, to support your team members and organise people on the day to get the best from your team. You won't mind having to change your plans during the day and will be able to work flexibly - and you’ll be great under pressure - it gets busy when the sun shines!
You'll have a keen eye for presentation and will make sure all the counters and displays are clean and tidy, well stocked and well presented and that everything is served with a smile. You'll be keen to learn and will love working with people. If you want to work with a bunch of lovely, kind, fun but hardworking people, then come and see us to find out more.
Interviews: This is an immediate start, interviews will be held by appointment on receiving applications.
You will not be required to work regular nights or split shifts, there may be the odd evening event but they are few and far between and you will be off on Christmas Day as the property is fully closed to the public.
You will receive a bespoke induction on appointment and further professional training & development opportunities are available
