As the Food and Beverage Manager you will be responsible for leading a dynamic, engaging team to deliver our award winning ‘DLicious’ menu to the highest standards whilst maintaining the engaging and friendly club lounge quality and atmosphere. 

We take pride in the service we offer our members so selecting the right team is key. You will lead the recruitment, training and empowerment of your team to ensure they bring their A-game to work each and every day in order to keep our members happy.

You will need to be able to demonstrate a pro-active obsession to detail working in a fast paced but friendly customer focused environment. Day-to-day tasks include ensuring rota schedules, stock control, margin performance and food hygiene regulations are maintained to the highest standards as well as reacting daily to member feedback.
