In this role you will play a pivotal role in building the Flipgrid community for educators and learners in India. Your expertise in planning and cross-team execution will enable us to grow and achieve our vision. This role will provide ample opportunities to demonstrate your leadership with internal teams within Microsoft and a worldwide community.

• Identify new partnership opportunities based on cross-Microsoft and community insights  
• Manage a portfolio of governmental and non-governmental partners to unpack greater value for Indian educators and students through Flipgrid 
• Formulate partnership KPIs to support community growth and engagement 

• Onboard partners and execute any contractual relationships including monitoring of partner value proposition, and creating shared value 
• Manage and recruit strategic partners for Flipgrid's Discovery Library  
• Develop comprehensive plans that align cross-team efforts to the opportunities you identify   
• Share quarterly reports on engagement metrics with partners  
• Plan, facilitate, and communicate adoption programs, best practices, co-marketing campaigns and opportunities to all the partners 

• Support on partner event communication and planning 
• Amplify partner programs on Flipgrid communities  

Qualifications

Qualifications 

Required:  

• 5+ years of partner management experience in private/ public or education sector 

Preferred:  

• Accomplished in managing partnerships, negotiation and conflict resolution using honed communication and presentation skills  
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, innovation, and the ability to motivate, inspire and lead cross-group/functional teams with a high degree of independence and success  
• Experience working with multi-geo, multicultural delivery teams  

• Keen sense of personal responsibility and accountability for delivering high quality work.  
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills (in English, and one or more regional languages)
