In this role you will play a pivotal role in building the Flipgrid community for educators and learners in India. Your expertise in planning and cross-team execution will enable us to grow and achieve our vision. This role will provide ample opportunities to demonstrate your leadership with internal teams within Microsoft and a worldwide community.  

Responsibilities

Responsibilities 

• Design and implement a social media strategy to grow the Flipgrid India community 
• Manage social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities  
• Create, curate, and manage all published content (static images, video, etc) 
• Engage regularly with Flipgrid community on social and plan discussions, debates, online events to increase user generated content 

• Collaborate with partner, events, and marketing teams to amplify partner-based promotions, events and campaigns  
• Co-manage social ad campaigns  
• Collaborate with other teams/team members to ensure brand consistency 
• Compile periodic reports to generate community-based insights to inform future planning 

Qualifications

Qualifications 

Required:  

• 4+ years of social media management or online community management experience  
• Excellent copywriting skills 

• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video) 
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of photo and video editing software/ online tools 
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of content optimization, and online marketing channels 
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English and Hindi
