Headquartered in Indianapolis, Dickinson Fleet Services (DFS) has grown to become one of the largest independent fleet maintenance companies in the country. DFS is the leading provider of on-site mobile maintenance and repair services nationwide, offering mobile on-site fleet service for light medium, and heavy-duty trucks and trailers. DFS also services customers utilizing its 18 nationwide service centers; each offering select services, such as accident repair, paint, refurbishment and heavy mechanical repair. Supported by a 24/7 in-house call-center, DFS provides maintenance scheduling and emergency roadside assistance to fleets anywhere, anytime.
DFS is currently hiring for a Fleet Asset Administrator, whose primary responsibility would be to manage administrative aspect of DFS Fleet of Service Trucks. If you are looking for a new place to call home, we would love to talk to you!
Duties & Responsibilities:
Handle vehicle estimates, warrantable failures and recalls
Navigate through different vendor portals to update or obtain vehicle information
Generate weekly/monthly reports and ensure 100% up-time of fleet vehicles.
Communicate directly with mobile technicians and management team with information regarding fleet vehicles
File. scan, and email documentation regarding our fleet
Qualifications:
Requirements:
Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
Proficient computer skills (MS Office, emails, typing, etc.) / software navigation capabilities to generate repair estimates
Mechanical/Automotive knowledge or experience
Strong communication (written, verbal and phone) and customer service skills
Organizational Skills and ability to organize data and information.
Personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
Ability to quickly learn different systems
Strong attention to detail
Great Multitasking Ability (needs to switch from one project or task to another quickly)
Must be able to work well in a fast paced environment with great time management skill
Must have great analytical and problem solving skills.
