Position Description

Ensures established procedures and processes are being utilized correctly by personnel and that components are being finished to engineered specifications.

Job Responsibilities

1. Oversees quality standards on all work procedures, processes and equipment
2. Trains and monitors personnel on established work procedures and safe usage of equipment
3. Identifies production problems and their root causes
4. Reports and documents changes to facilitate a safer workplace, improve quality, and make productivity improvements
5. Audits and repairs of defect and/or damaged parts
6. Performs other duties as assigned

Job Skills Requirements

• Proven knowledge and use of established finish procedures, tools and equipment
• Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location
