Fine Dining Butler

We are looking for an experienced fine dining professional who is looking for a new challenge. Our clients have opened two new locations in Scotland and we are looking to expand our current team to service their needs. Based in the beautiful City of Edinburgh, one of the locations has outstanding views from every angle. Our clients are looking for a five star personal service for each of their events.

The role requirements:

• Assist in the preparation of drinks food and snacks.
• Keep the client facing, kitchen and meeting room areas in a clean and tidy state at all times.
• Provide a professional, friendly, efficient and hygienic service to all customers.
• Ensure that customers are given a prompt and efficient service
• Project a willing and helpful attitude to customers
• Seek the appropriate knowledge of food items sold throughout catering areas
• Keep areas and service counters clean and fully stocked
