What you’ll be doing:

**This role is remote working with local office hub and will require flexibility to travel when needed**

• Establish the Strategy & Planning (S&P) consulting organization's identity, vision, strategy, objectives, and leads accordingly.
• Oversee and be responsible for all aspects of the S&P consultancy's profitability and growth.
• Oversee S&P operations to ensure quality, service, efficiency and cost-effective resource management.
• Responsible for S&P practice, staff performance and development.
• Mentor management / consultants

What we’re looking for:

• Demonstratable & extensive experience in Business development / sales of a consultancy specialising in financial services.

• Strong delivery background with a practical & hands-on approach
• Ability to generate & drive growth whilst effectively delivering propositions
• An established network & presence in the financial services space.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
• Strong commercial awareness & strategic business acumen
• Flexibility to travel
• Resident in the UK for the last 3 years enabling security clearance, if required.
