The Brazil Financial Planning Manager role is the responsible to lead and consolidate all aspects of financial planning and reporting for Kimberly-Clark Brazil unit, acting as central point of contact for communication with LATAM finance on monthly results, targets and financial projections. In addition, the role will lead finance evaluations in the IBP (Integrated Business Planning) process.

Key Accountabilities:•

 Responsible to lead, coordinate or prepare all aspects of financial planning and reporting of Kimberly-Clark Brazil. Central point of contact to LATAM finance for submission of financial targets and reporting packages on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.• Identification of risks and opportunities for delivery of unit financial commitments. Work in conjunction with other finance leaders to ensure projections are accurately captured and consolidated.• Review and consolidate monthly financial reports for actual results. Responsible for tracking and supporting to other finance functions to drive continuous improvement of financial results.• Finance lead for the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, with focus on ensuring accurate financial projections, high quality communications in MBRs and driving efficiency of the financial planning process.• Finance lead on deliver of Free Cash Flow (FCF), Cash Conversion Cycle (CCC) and Primary Working Capital (PWC), leading cross functional meetings and supporting the team to deliver financial commitments.• Champion of digital transformation within Kimberly-Clark Brazil finance function, working in conjunction with LATAM finance to develop improved reporting capabilities and more efficient processes for financial planning and analysis.• Support Finance Director in ad hoc projects and initiatives. In our inclusive environment, everyone's voice is heard, everyone is welcomed and respected, and everyone enjoys opportunities for advancement.To be succeded in this role it's required:• Solid experience in accounting, costing and demand finance functions• Build trust and credibility quickly and influence others• Solid quantitative and analytical skills with ability to quickly identify opportunities, risks and make recommendations• Deep experience with the financial business process• Proven track record of high performance with a high degree of initiative• Proven collaboration, communication and change management skills• Ability to influence without authority and work effectively across business, functional and geographic boundaries• Solid organizational, project management and execution skills, along with a demonstrated ability to prioritize and drive multiple priorities simultaneously• A ctively challenge the status quo• Excellent business acumen and analytical skills with deep understanding of how business operations impact financial results• Understand business dynamics and ability to connect with key partners to bring business perspective into the projections• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese, English and Spanish, with the ability to problem solve and interact effectively across the business• Position based in Brazil, so the candidate must be willing to move/live in this country.
