Payroll RID Financial Operations Specialist role is to ensure the assigned inbound and outbound interfaces connecting the Payroll/Timekeeping area function properly so that associates’ pay, and benefits processed timely and accurately. This role also supports the Deferred Compensation process and programs, and responsible for standard and custom reports for management reporting and to support the business.
What are we looking for?
Four-year college degree in accounting/finance or other related discipline preferred
Associates degree required
2-4+ years payroll experience
Great attention to detail
Understanding of technical systems and Excel
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
What will be your key responsibilities?
Responsible for several inbound and outbound payroll interfaces across various systems (internal and external)
Tier 1 support for report requests, and will administer standard reporting and log requests in CRM
Responsible for investigating and resolving any system interface errors
Responsible for executing and auditing mass transfer of associates within UKG
Maintain and update process documentation for all interfaces and deferred compensation custom plans
