A large corporate FTSE 250 business, we are part way through designing and implementing a financial reporting controls framework; benchmarked to COSO. This runs alongside a financial transformation programme; including a business and shared service centre reorganisation.
Working as part of the Group Financial control team; you will collaborate with Group Functions and Business Units, as well as Global Process Owners, to deliver step-change improvements in design, operation and evidencing of key controls over financial reporting. You will be required to understand challenges they face and recommend pragmatic solutions; and where appropriate escalate upwards in line with established governance.
