The Opportunity:

This is a phenomenal opportunity to join the Digital Media Finance team as we continue to propel the business through thoughtful analyses and insights. We are looking to hire a Financial Analyst to join our team!

In this role, you will partner with finance team members across the organization to drive key processes such as the quarterly forecast and long term planning. In addition, you will have the opportunity to drive change as the team builds out strategic frameworks for evaluating the overall health of Digital Media business as well as our investment portfolio. This position is based in San Jose, CA.

What You'll Do:

  • Drive quarterly and strategic long term planning; build consensus across teams to assist and lead forecast related activities
  • Analyze and understand financial data to define key efficiency & productivity metrics that align with business drivers and offer insights to drive business decisions
  • Build content to tell the story of the overall business performance for key stakeholders & executives, utilizing high impact visuals with compelling insights
  • Develop understanding of holistic P&L and perform ad-hoc analysis to evaluate business segment performance 
  • Support projects to drive automation and operational improvement, reducing time to deliver, while increasing accuracy

What you need to succeed

  • Proven knowledge of financial fundamentals and forecasting processes
  • Strong technical skills: advanced Excel and PPT; experience in Tableau, PowerBI, and Anaplan preferred
  • Ability to work and influence cross-functionally;  proactive and effective in communicating with different audience
  • Attention to details with excellent organizational skills and ability to take charge, set objectives, drive to results
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field.
