Job Summary

Reporting to the risk manager, you will contribute to our organization by supporting the build and progress of the enterprise risk management and third-party risk management programs. The analyst will complete financial, operational, and compliance reviews and analysis for assigned areas and present recommendations to leadership. Manage processes in place to identify the our financial, operational, and strategic risks. Use risk management tools, and practices, to analyze, and manage risks according to an enterprise risk management framework. You will be responsible with defining the third-party framework and adoption throughout the organization. T You will spend a significant amount of time performing the risk management activities and building relationships with management throughout the organization.

Position Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate competencies in areas of risk management, project management, critical thinking and teamwork. 
  • Identify process and organizational risks and recommend appropriate controls using inquiry, observations, and complex data analytics. 
  • Prepare and edit supporting documentation (risk management action plans (RMAPs), policies and procedures (ERM and TPRM), quarterly FILT and ERM Committee meeting materials, and monitoring reporting and enterprise dashboards (ERM and TPRM)) for review by department leadership. 
  • Participate in learning to include training on department, company and industry knowledge, technical skills, diversity and inclusion, communication, and teamwork. 
  • Participate in department projects to improve internal processes and ensure professional standards are maintained. 
  • Maintain reporting of top risks, metrics, and completion of action plans. Create and manage, reporting on the third-party landscape and the risk posed to the enterprise. Actively communicate changes to business partners by providing specific, actionable, and forward-looking commentary on the various changes as well as guidance on potential risk.
  • Lead the development of metrics, scorecards and reporting for assigned function.
  • Evaluate and deliver periodic metrics, scorecards, and reports
  • Prepare loss analysis and budgets, identify exposures, recommend solutions, and implement programs which promote loss control
  • Be a partner to the organization on risk management related questions (ERM and TPRM). This will involve the ability to assess business needs, resolve risks and opportunities on time, of issues/business results.
  • Prepare and provide communications to all areas of the business. 

Position Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Business Management, Information Technology, or similar field is required 
  • Minimum 3 years professional work experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Power Platform analytical tools (e.g., Power Apps, PowerBI, Power Automate). Adept with complex database management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability and directly work and develop strong relationships/partnerships with all levels of the company and external vendors
  • Experience working across multiple departments to complete a project or resolve an organizational challenge.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills, including leveraging analytics, benchmarking, and insights to generate meaningful strategies and solutions.
