Job Description:
This Financial Analyst role is part of the Workplace Investing (WI) / Healthcare Group (HCG) Finance Decision Support and Analytics Team, a Center of Excellence delivering actionable and insightful financial analysis to our business partners. The primary objective of the role will be to provide a broad range of analytics, financial management, and strategic business partner support to drive improved outcomes and financial results to the broader organization. You will be responsible for conducting consultative analytics and creating executive level recommendations for key strategic priorities across all WI/HCG groups. Projects will range from short term ad-hoc deliverables to long term projects that could span 3-6 months. In a highly matrixed organization, you will partner closely with WI/HCG CoEs, including Line Finance, Pricing, and Costing teams. As a senior analyst on the team, you will also mentor and train junior analysts on the team through leadership opportunities.

Workplace Investing is an industry leader in providing retirement, investment, and benefit solutions. This role supports our customer facing Sales associates that are tasked with driving new business to generate value and grow market share for the firm.
The Expertise You Have
A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent; MBA or advance degree a plus
4+ years of professional experience in Finance with a successful track record of financial modeling and analysis
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint with experience in Tableau and/or PowerBI, FCAP, & FDH
Previous financial services and/or consulting experience
