Job Description:
The Asset Management Strategic Advisers, Product & Pricing Finance team is seeking a Financial Analyst IV to support Institutional pricing requests, develop business cases and presentations that are reviewed by the Institutional Pricing Committees as well as the 1940 Act Product Council. Additional responsibilities include working with business colleagues to support fee schedule and pricing requests and client level reporting. Market knowledge, analytical and influencing skills will play a key role in developing analyses and pricing strategies.
Success will require an analytic demeanor, teamwork skills, comprehensive problem solving, independent thinking, and intellectual curiosity. You will deliver strategic insights and analysis that inform business strategy and decision making, drive expense reductions as well as measurement and evaluation of business performance and progress tracking of key initiatives.
The Expertise You Have
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field with a minimum of 5 years of work experience in a Finance role; MBA preferred
Proven curiosity and experience related to building insightful financial models
Deep understanding of the products available to Fidelity’s customers
Strong analytical and strategic skills combined with proven business and financial competence
Experience supporting multiple simultaneous cross-functional initiatives
The Purpose of Your Role
You will provide business analysis support for the Product and Pricing team within Asset Management. This includes providing key financial analysis for strategies including development of business cases, partnering with the Distribution Team to develop pricing requests for new and existing products and working with key partners to support Institutional client requests.

Financial evaluations of product strategies and fee modeling
Work closely with Distribution Finance, Asset Management Finance, and business partners across the firm to ensure all collaborators are engaged and supported
Quarterly client pricing reporting management & evaluation of improvements in execution
Most Favored Nations semi-annual monitoring and reporting
Develop and present business cases for registered products to Asset Management's Business Acceptance Committees
Preparation and delivery of annual board memos
Support of contract fee requests and maintenance of documentation
Develop insights and conclusions from analysis
Support of Institutional pricing initiatives
