The Role

The primary objective of this role is to provide strategic business partner support and financial management to drive improved outcomes and financial results for the broader organization. You will work closely with business partners throughout FREC and develop a deep understanding of corporate real estate.

Your outstanding communications skills you will have the ability to partner successfully with Finance and business colleagues at various levels of the organization. You will excel at envisioning the "big picture" while maintaining close attention to detail. Your analytical, project management and problem-solving skills are key to your success.

As a future teammate, you must be flexible and self-motivated with a can-do demeanor and bring enthusiasm and intellectual curiosity to the role. It requires confidence and ability to influence others across the organization.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 2+ years of professional experience in Finance
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Essbase, MS Powerpoint and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) and financial modeling
  • Excellent analytical, communication, conceptual thinking, problem-solving and business partnership capabilities.
  • Flexibility and the skill to both lead and contribute to teams are a must

The Value You Deliver

  • Developing financial analysis and reporting of BU expenses including recurring monthly reporting and analysis as well as month-end close processing and variance analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and related business commentary.
  • Detailed headcount classification and reporting
  • Supporting ongoing and ad-hoc analysis to develop recommendations
  • Evaluating and improving existing data gathering tools and spreadsheets
  • Being a team player
  • Proactive partnership and communication with business and Finance partners
  • Using tools and business knowledge to continuously provide insightful information, reporting and analytics that evolve with changes in the business
  • Work with our Utility Consolidator to ensure exceptions are cleared and process runs smoothly
  • Contribute to inclusive environment which brings together different ideas, experiences, skills and knowledge
