Job Description:
The Financial Analyst III is a member of the FI Central Finance Team delivering impactful and insightful financial analysis to our business partners and finance partners. The primary objective of the role will be to provide a broad range of analytics, financial management, and strategic business partner support to drive improved outcomes and financial results to the broader organization. This role offers broad exposure to clearing and custody, investment product distribution and capital markets.
Success will require an analytic mindset, strong collaboration skills, comprehensive problem solving, independent thinking, and intellectual curiosity. You will deliver strategic insights and analysis to inform business strategy and decision making; drive operationalization of the FI strategy, including measurement and evaluation of business performance and progress tracking of key initiatives.
The Expertise You Have
Strong analytical and strategic skills combined with solid business and financial acumen
Excellent communications skills and demonstrated ability to influence senior business leaders
A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent; MBA or advanced degree a plus
2+ years of professional experience in Finance with a successful track record in financial modeling and analysis
Proficiency in financial modeling and presentation tools (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint) with experience in Tableau, Hyperion Essbase, PowerBI, Anaplan
