POSITION SUMMARY
The Financial Analyst works within the FP&A Central Reporting team embedded within the FP&A organization in corporate finance. The team goal is enabling the FP&A organization to become a world-class through automations and process improvements.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Work with finance partners to help automate manual workflows and train them in tools and skills to become self-sufficient.
Combine data across multiple, disparate systems such as enterprise data warehouse and other databases to perform analysis and draw conclusions based upon findings.
Work as part of a team in identifying Finance user requirements and delivering automated solutions and effectively and efficiently solve business needs.
Work with stakeholders to drive usage/adoption and promote results and outcomes.
Document key processes and architecture of new solutions.
Use new or existing technologies to build automated reporting and dashboards.
Ad hoc analysis as requested
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Mathematics preferred.
2+ years of financial analysis, data collection and reporting or related experience.
Technical experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
1+ years of experience with visualization tools (such as Tableau).
1+ years of experience with databases query tools (such as SQL server and Teradata).
1+ years of experience with ETL tools such as Alteryx.
Experience in delivering solutions that meet business users requirements.
Takes the initiative and attacks problems with intellectual curiosity.
Ability to build relationships with multiple levels of management and across multiple functional areas.
