Their technical analysis of present and future financial performance informs all kinds of management decisions and strategies. And their research has an impact on everything from acquisitions and investments to customer deals, working capital requirements and forecasting.

What you'll achieve

You will also partner and work closely with the VP for the region and his executive team to provide finance support to his/her business (Close/Outlook/Forecasts), to help identify opportunities that will drive efficiencies in the operation & ensure that the business can scale its cost base in the short to medium term.

You will also have the opportunity to work on cross functional and global initiatives as we transform our business within a rapidly changing IT environment. You will be part of a dynamic and experienced global finance team that welcomes different perspectives and a spirit of innovation. This role offers good experience in spend management, planning processes, and building relationships with internal customers.

You should have a strong track record in dealing with financial complexity and managing/driving business/finance projects to completion that involve people from different operational and finance teams.

You will:

  • Work on Annual Forecast Cycles/Quarterly Outlooks.
  • Manage month close activities, provide variance analysis.
  • LOB Profitability/Margin Analysis & Cost of Service Scaling
  • Work on MFR/Executive decks for senior leadership reviews
  • Drive project initiatives that have high executive visibility & significant impact on business.

Essential Requirements

  • The candidate should have a CA/MBA Finance (Top Institute) with 10-12+ years of post-qualification experience
  • Controllership Skills(Facts & Figures Decision Maker/Result Oriented)
  • Strong track record of dealing with ambiguity.
  • Strong analytical skills

Desirable Requirements

  • Good communication skills.
  • Advanced in MS Excel and PowerPoint
