The Finance Transformation and Integration Analyst will support the finance and operations teams in changing the way we work within the finance organization. Additionally, this role will help build out the finance structure for the New Energy Frontiers, Hydrogen and CCUS.
 As a Lead Finance Specialist  - Finance Integration, you will be responsible for:

• Collaborating with the Digital Technology team to identify and execute finance process digitalization, defining project scope, timelines, and expected payback/Return
• Coordinating with all Baker Hughes businesses to forecast and report orders for growth areas
• Own growth area base cost planning, coordinating between the operational teams and HQ finance; drive base cost execution to plan
• Performing analysis across key performance indicators identified for growth areas; identify and communicate trends observed
• Analyzing the performance of newly acquired businesses against approved business models; work with operations team and Incubator integration team to document and share lessons learned

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
• Be a good team player and display good communication and problem solving skills
• Have good computer skills and expertise to leverage digitization of processes and tools.
